Benedictine College has extended the first offer of Zack Lachman's recruitment.
The offer came from SoCal recruiter Aaron Hauser, who had been in contact with Lachman over the past week before the two connected by phone. During the conversation, Hauser told Lachman the Ravens see him as a tight end and understand the injury he's working back from. Lachman said the two had a really good conversation.
Benedictine is one of the premier NAIA football programs in the country. The Ravens are coming off a 12-2 season, won the Heart South Conference championship, advanced to the NAIA semifinals for the second straight year, and finished No. 3 in the final NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
"It's very nice to have an official first offer. I'm very blessed," Lachman said.
